We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully sell-able condition with all its original packaging intact.
Returns should be made within a reasonable time (30 days) and in their original un-damaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully re-sellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
We will refund your original delivery charge and/or your return dispatch costs, when a product is found to be faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted or ordered by mistake.
If you do wish to return an item first please contact us by telephone or by email so that we are aware the item needs returning.
Please also include a note with the parcel which states all of the details regarding your order (ie contact details/order number). When we have received the item back we will process your refund directly back onto your debit/credit card.
